Venezuela has announced it will build a cement manufacturing plant - and the plant will be wholly state owned. The Chinese news agency Xinhua says the plan will cost about $220-million US. Partnering with Venezuela will be The Islamic Republic of Iran. Venezuela has already paid the mullahs almost $50-million. The plant will produce Portland cement types 1 and 2, and the products will be sold at about half market price. State ownership of the means of production - government set prices. What part of communism will Venezuela be missing? It appears to be Islamic communism. Not to mention that the cement will come in handy to build silos for those Iranian nuclear tipped missiles - both in Venezuela and Cuba. |
