Roque Meets Specter Dissident meets Senator From Net For Cuba PRESS RELEASE MARTHA BEATRIZ ROQUE AND VLADIMIRO ROCA MEET WITH PROMINENT U.S. SENATOR This afternoon, Martha Beatriz Roque, leader of the Asamblea para Promover la Sociedad Civil and Vladimiro Roca, leader of Todos Unidos, met with Senator Arlin Specter (Republican for Pennsylvania), who is the president (sic) of the Judicial Committee of the Unites States Senate.
