Oh No - There's Greed In The Music Business

U.S. Rep. Rick Boucher, D-Va., is taking a look at the music industry's latest money collecting scheme. Upset by us homefolks who make our own mixes of music and copy them to CD, the record companies are now making CDs that are not readable by a computer CR-ROM.

But wait - a home consumer making digital copies for his own use is entirely within the law - and the record companies are already collecting money on the blank CDs. Congress wants to know why this is not illegal. Read the article. Maybe someone should sue.
