Dorgan caught
We've written about Senator Byron Dorgan (D-ND) before - on the one hand, he complains about the US trade policy with Cuba
Sen. Byron Dorgan, D-N.D., said the rules, requiring advance payment for shipments of farm and medical products to Havana, were imposed "to shut down the ability of farmers to sell in Cuba."
While in the same week, he's crowing about a trade deal signed by his state's government
"I couldn't be more pleased," Sen. Byron Dorgan, D-N.D., said via telephone to Cuban and North Dakota officials gathered in Havana. "I hope this relationship will continue."
Now it appears the fork-tongued devil's forked ways have gotten him in trouble again - Captain's Quarters has the story of how Dorgan is one of several politicians collecting checks in the looming Indian casino scandal. How interesting.
